The most underrated way to journal: lists!
I love keeping lists to trigger memories. Lists are quick to write and maintain. It’s fun to look back through lists I’ve made and they’re easier to read through than traditional journal entries.
My favorite lists to keep are “Books Read” and “Memories.”
I read 50 books per year on average. I know this because I’ve been making a new list each year for the past 6 years!
One winter, we spent many nights watching Escape to the Chateau while eating mashed potato bowls. At the time, it just felt like a normal-life thing. But now, it’s a fun memory to look back on.
So!
How about a list of lists?
